After spending ten days in the Morvan region for the Pays Nivernais Morvan Photography and Image Festival, I’m back in Paris at Porte de Versailles, specifically at Underline (372 Rue de Vaugirard). A massive new art space has just opened here, tucked beneath the arches of the old Petite Ceinture railway line, and I’d like to thank Rachel Hardouin for inviting me to be part of this adventure. It features 43 artists spread across eleven vaulted spaces. It’s an extraordinary venue where there’s always something going on and it runs until the end of October, perhaps even a little longer!
